I knew that it had been suspiciously quiet for a while, but I was sort of wrapped up in the moment of checking my e-mail and getting a few other things taken care of on the computer. We just came home from four days of vacation (which was fabulous, BTW). Matt's off at basketball practice and I haven't checked my e-mail for a while so I was quickly taking advantage of Madelyn's desire to pretend like she was a baby in her crib...
I really had checked on her a few times and all she was doing was putting her bathroom things in and out of their little plastic case...
or so I thought...
Learn from my mistake folks...

is very suspicious.
And baby powder doesn't vacuum up very well.
